I love having your whole family in the studio, from just parents and children to full extended families, cousins and even friends- these shoots are perfect for all types of occasions. If you are looking at capturing memories and updating the artwork on your wall then a family shoot is the perfect thing for you.
Studio shoots
In the studio we do a full range of family or friend based shoots, from sitter sessions of just baby, birthday or friendship sessions for all ages and then immediate and extended family sessions- perfect for any time of the year.
I welcome both big and small families- so far the most Ive had is around 16 family members plus their dogs- so
we have plenty of space no matter the size of your family! Upon booking I'd send you a full booking guide including outfit choices but I usually suggest wearing things to compliment your home so that when your images are on display they will look beautiful in all types of homes for years to come.
Sitter sessions are a great compliment for in between your newborn and cake smash shoot and is for when baby is around 6-8 months old and sitting up by themselves. This is when babys personality really starts to come out and we get so many cheeky beautiful photos of them. Siblings and parents are as always free to join in too and we get some lovely images of you all too. Please ask about my special first year package to include all three shoots for your little one!

Upon booking
I ask for a £99 deposit to book in your due date. I only book a limited number of newborns per month to make sure I have lots of space for when babies surprise us by turning up very early, or keep us waiting when they are late! Once baby has arrived and you bring them home then we book in a date to suit everyone, usually when baby is between 1-3 weeks old. After your session youll be invited back to view all of your stunning images and to choose the images you would like to keep. I have three packages and then extra artwork can be added on top, with stunning large pieces available. Your deposit will be taken off your chosen package and you do not need to commit before seeing your photos.

I tend to book up 3-4 months in advance and suggest any point after your 12 week scan is best to book in with me. Ill take your due date into my diary and that means you'll be guaranteed a space when baby is born. We see how you are all feeling when baby arrives and thats when we will book a shoot date in. If baby has already arrived and you would like to book in a last minute shoot then no problem- where babies arrive early or late I can often fit in last minute requests so contact me below to find out my availability.

Try not to worry, babies are so unpredictable that we let them lead the shoot completely. If they are full up and sleepy we may start with some posed images first but if they are taking time to settle then I tend to wrap them up nice and snug. This reminds them of being back in the womb- as well as hopefully letting out any wind! A mixture of white noise, comforting wrapping and a nice warm studio means that most babies tend to relax. If the worst was to happen and baby is really having a bad day then of course Id invite you back for a different day- but I've never had to do that so far!

Of course! This shoot can be for all members of the family, immediate and extended- pets included! Just let me know in advance who you would like to bring with you. Sometimes I suggest that family comes just for the start of the shoot and then they can take any younger siblings home too, so we can have more of a relaxing shoot with just your newborn.

I love themed requests! If you want to incorporate a job, a hobby or just something that you love then let me know. I have a wide range of props but can get all types of things made up in advance. At the moment I have a tiny golf club, skis, tennis racket, typewriter, guitar...the list goes on and Im always looking to add to my mini collection!
Artwork
As well as digitals and prints, I can provide your home with some stunning pieces of artwork. These can be displayed around your home for years to come and I only work with the best photograph labs around the world to make sure that the pieces you get all simply stunning. When you come for your shoot in the studio you'll be able to view the samples of artwork on my walls and if you have a place in mind in your home for your pieces, I have software that can show you what this will look like in different sizes on your wall. I can supply a range of both framed and unframed canvases and acrylics as well as single and grouped framed images all coming in a wide selection of finishes, perfect for any home.
